- Deliver 5-Star Customer Service: Ensure all customers receive exceptional service throughout their experience in the building.
- First-Line Support: Provide initial support for Sodexo services and triage support for all Facilities Management (FM) services.
- Reception: Provide reception support to manage face-to-face customer consultations and respond to emails promptly, oversee building access for contractors & visitors by issuing fobs
- Catering Assistance: Support customers with their catering requirements, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and food safety legislation and policy are adhered to.
- Perform systematic floor walks throughout the building to assess the overall quality of services provided. This includes evaluating cleanliness, maintenance, and the functionality of facilities.
- Identify any areas that require immediate attention or improvement, ensuring that service standards are consistently met
- Maintain a visible presence in the building to foster a welcoming environment for customers and staff. This visibility helps build rapport and encourages open communication regarding any concerns or feedback.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery by observing staff interactions and the execution of tasks. Ensure that all team members adhere to established protocols and standards.
- Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
- Working knowledge of office operations and customer service principles
- Experience writing and reviewing Risk Assessments and following health and safety procedures
- Experience in managing office supplies, deliveries, and contractor interactions
- Experience with security systems and permit-to-work processes
- Background in a professional or corporate environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
