Responsibilities:As a Service Tech Specialist, you will:Test, calibrate, validate, and repair electronic or analytical instruments, products, and modulesMaintain functionality and accuracy of equipment through preventative maintenance and refurbishmentWork on Keysight products as well as third-party instrumentsPerform service primarily at a Keysight site, with occasional work at customer locationsInterpret customer requirements and identify potential needs to ensure satisfactionEvaluate assignments and determine appropriate technical actionsApply analytical thinking and develop customized approaches to complex tasksSolve technical problems requiring broad and deep knowledge of repair, calibration, and maintenance techniques, equipment, and processes Qualifications:
Higher education degree or specialized training/certification in a relevant technical field
