This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an engineering background who thrives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and infrastructure transformation.You'll be joining a high-impact team supporting electricity networks across the UK with cutting-edge innovation projects, regulatory insight, and long-term strategic planning.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and lead innovative projects focused on electricity distribution networks and smart system transformation.
- Work closely with clients to shape strategies and solutions aligned with the future needs of the energy system.
- Apply technical knowledge in power systems to assess new technologies, digitalisation, and network flexibility.
- Integrate technical, regulatory, and commercial insights into consulting outputs and proposals.
- Collaborate on strategic planning, business cases, and innovation project design.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field (Master's/PhD preferred).
- A solid foundation in power systems, electricity networks (DNO/TNO), or energy infrastructure.
- Proven experience working on strategic and/or innovation-focused projects in the energy sector.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage clients and present complex technical ideas clearly.
