It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.Craft Engineering TechnicianDroitwichPermanent contract: 4 on 4 off, days and nights between 6AM - 6PM / 6PM - 6AMWe are looking to recruit a Craft Engineering Technician to join our Droitwich dairy within our Muller Milk & Ingredients business. As a Craft Engineer you'll provide a maintenance service to all plant/manufacturing equipment, with emphasis on the improved plant availability and reliability.Key responsibilities as Craft Engineering Technician:
  • Be responsible for mechanical and basic electrical isolation
  • Carry out preventative and predictive maintenance activities
  • Bring new ideas to ensure continuous improvement and reliability of manufacturing equipment
  • Advise on engineering practice and maintenance issues within engineering
  • Participate/lead BDRs, SEA and RCA requirement as part of a team
What we're looking for from a Craft Engineering Technician:
  • NVQ2 or equivalent in basic engineering
  • Relevant engineering experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, environmental and quality systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of a specific work task
  • Ability to work alone as well as in a team
