- Support opco's in Broadcaster & Media Partnerships
- Assist in identifying, negotiating, and securing impactful advertising partnerships with broadcasters, content owners, and media platforms to drive monetisation across Vodafone TV (VTV) and digital assets. This role supports the content owners in our opcos rather than owning these relationships directly.
- Commercial Strategy & GTM Execution building framework, provide guidance
- Support the definition and implementation of advertising pricing models (programmatic, direct, hybrid), inventory strategies, and go-to-market plans in collaboration with product, finance, and marketing teams. This role provides guidance and support to the opcos rather than owning the strategy.
- Financial Modelling & Business Cases
- Partner with Group Finance to develop robust commercial models and business cases for new advertising initiatives.
- Innovate Ad Formats & Experiences
- Expand the ad product portfolio with user-friendly, non-intrusive formats that drive engagement and revenue.
- Performance Optimisation
- Support the use of data-driven insights, A/B testing, and analytics to optimise fill rates, CPMs, and yield across direct and programmatic channels. This role assists the opcos in their performance optimisation efforts.
- Accelerate Platform Monetisation
- Support the rollout of Android TV boxes and other ad-enabled platforms to expand addressable advertising inventory.
- Drive Strategic Proposition Development
- Collaborate with local market teams to support the co-creation of compelling VTV customer propositions that align with advertising growth objectives and enhance inventory value.
- 5+ years' experience in advertising/media business development, with a strong focus on broadcasters and content monetisation.
- Proven track record in building and scaling advertising partnerships across multiple markets.
- Deep understanding of CTV ad tech, programmatic ecosystems, and media sales strategies.
- Strong industry network with broadcasters, media agencies, and advertisers.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
- Solid grasp of content rights, licensing, and monetisation models.
- Speaking German language is a plus.
- Yearly bonus: 10%
