
Product Support Assistant

- Collaborate with product teams and systems support engineers to deliver high-quality technical support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating where necessary and tracking them to resolution.
- Document issues and solutions to build a shared knowledge base.
- Support product testing and deployment of system fixes and updates.
- Provide remote and occasional on-site support for system installations.
- Assist with regulatory submissions and engage in regulator conversations where required.
- Deliver internal training on new product features to wider teams.
- Contribute to discussions around new products and system features.
- Previous experience supporting technical systems or working with product/development teams.
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Linux, and Networking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing a varied workload.
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn and contribute.
