
EA/Office Manager- Real Estate- £55K (hybrid/ Soho)

- Supporting the CEO with diary & travel management including travel itineraries and visa applications, scheduling dinners and events and expenses.
- Minimal personal support to the CEO at times
- Team admin support with diary management and expenses
- Events organisation alongside an event company (500+ attendees at times)
- Marketing admin support (updating the website, sending marketing material to the marketing agency etc)
- Office Management: post/deliveries/setting up meeting rooms/weekly food shop orders/opening the office/setting up coffee machine/air con/ ordering stationary/ Health & Safety
- Meeting/Greeting visitors
- Organising team dinners and office parties
- Charity events
- have a minimum of 3-5 years EA/PA experience
- have worked in a standalone EA/PA role working for a small company
- have a positive friendly can do attitude
- be able to work autonomously
- be ambitious- willing to take on different projects in the future
