A successful boutique commercial real estate business based in a lovely mews in Soho is looking for an EA/Office Manager to join their friendly team. They have developed a range of impressive commercial properties mostly around Central London.They are a lovely team of people who work hard but also socialise on a regular basis.Your role will be varied and include:
  • Supporting the CEO with diary & travel management including travel itineraries and visa applications, scheduling dinners and events and expenses.
  • Minimal personal support to the CEO at times
  • Team admin support with diary management and expenses
  • Events organisation alongside an event company (500+ attendees at times)
  • Marketing admin support (updating the website, sending marketing material to the marketing agency etc)
  • Office Management: post/deliveries/setting up meeting rooms/weekly food shop orders/opening the office/setting up coffee machine/air con/ ordering stationary/ Health & Safety
  • Meeting/Greeting visitors
  • Organising team dinners and office parties
  • Charity events
The right candidate will:
  • have a minimum of 3-5 years EA/PA experience
  • have worked in a standalone EA/PA role working for a small company
  • have a positive friendly can do attitude
  • be able to work autonomously
  • be ambitious- willing to take on different projects in the future
