Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience and skills)About the Role:A distinguished London-based company specialising in bespoke kitchens and bathrooms is seeking a technically skilled and highly organised Projects Coordinator to support project delivery on-site. This role focuses on high-end kitchen and bathroom installation, working closely with installation teams, architects, and interior designers to ensure quality craftsmanship and timely completion.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of multiple kitchen and bathroom installation projects simultaneously.
  • Prepare quotations and accurately price jobs.
  • Manage and supervise installation teams on-site to ensure exceptional workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
  • Read, interpret, and apply technical drawings to guide installation and project execution.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to align project objectives.
  • Organise personal workload efficiently and manage teams effectively.
  • Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and clear communication throughout projects.
  • Facilitate smooth communication with Polish-speaking installation teams.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with high-end kitchen and bathroom installation.
  • Previous on-site experience either as a joiner or in a supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to prepare quotations and price jobs accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and supervising installation teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Experience working closely with architects and interior designers.
  • Fluent in Polish (essential for communication with installation teams).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Confident professional-level communication in English (spoken and written).
