Do you have solid child-related experience and a passion for supporting pupils to achieve their very best?We’re looking for a caring and committed Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school. You’ll play a key role in supporting teachers, working with small groups, and providing 1:1 support so pupils can grow in confidence and make real progress.✅ What We’re Looking For
  • CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience in schools, nurseries, or youth settings
  • A positive, proactive approach to supporting children’s learning
  • Ability to build strong relationships and boost pupil confidence
  • A team player with good communication skills and initiative
Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting teachers with daily classroom activities
  • Providing targeted support for small groups and individual pupils
  • Supporting children with additional needs to fully access learning
  • Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion
  • Helping create engaging and inspiring learning experiences

This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm).
