Senior Quantity SurveyorThis is a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well established Civils and Construction Contractor who operate throughout the UK but have a number of Regional Offices. They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Grangemouth office.As your role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working you will be assisting the Divisional Quantity Surveyor in all Commercial matters relating to the business on both Civils and Construction projects.This company are forward thinking, offer great training and development opportunities and are recognised for their great culture, which puts their people first.Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:-Costings
-Sub-contract payments
-Preparing reviewing and issuing of contract documents
-Support the operational team
-Assisting in the preparation of client valuations for payment
-Quantification of works, both from construction drawings and actual works on-site
-Visit sites as and when requiredExperience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:-Experience in a similar role
-Civils experience
-NEC experience
-Contracting experience
-Competent using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-UK Valid driving licensePackage offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:- £50,000-£60,000 Depending on experience My client will also consider Senior Quantity Surveyors
-Car/Car Allowance
