- Salary: £450.00 to £600 Per week (Paid weekly, PAYE, Pension, CPD)

- Support students on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assist with personal care when needed
- Help with learning activities and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Work closely with teaching staff to implement individual learning plans
- Provide encouragement and emotional support to students
- Experience working with children, ideally within a SEN setting (experience with Autism is highly desirable)
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students with special educational needs
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with staff and pupils
- A willingness to learn and grow in the role
