
Pension & Benefits Manager UKI

- In partnership with the UK&I Reward & Performance Manager, design and define country-specific pension and benefits programs aligned with local market needs, global reward strategy, and business objectives.
- Oversee the administration of pension schemes and benefits, ensuring accurate data and a seamless employee experience.
- Ensure all programs meet legal and internal governance standards.
- Manage relationships with external providers, monitor performance, and oversee invoicing and service delivery.
- Develop clear communications and lead awareness sessions to help employees understand their benefits. Maintain up-to-date resources on the Darwin platform.
- Monitor and optimise costs, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and ensure budget adherence.
- Define KPIs, build dashboards, and present insights to HR teams to support continuous improvement.
- Proven experience within a Reward, Pension, Benefits, or specialist Pension & Benefits role, ideally within a multinational company.
- Ability to cover core Pensions & Benefits responsibilities with a desire to take occasional stretch assignments into other areas of Reward.
- In-depth knowledge of UK & Irish pension regulations, benefits legislation, and market practices.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to link benefits decisions to financial impact.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives and manage diverse stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, constantly seeking ways to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Experience with Darwin and Oracle systems desirable but not required.
