Job Reference: 53789Service Technician – OxfordOur client is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join their dedicated team at a well-established dealership in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking to work in a supportive and high-performing environment.The Role:As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing customer vehicles while working towards productivity and efficiency targets. While this role is not primarily diagnostic, you must be proficient in using modern diagnostic equipment and have a strong track record of delivering ‘right first time’ repairs.What We’re Looking For:✅ Qualified – You must be time-served and hold an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
✅ Experienced – Previous main dealer experience is preferred, though full training will be provided.
✅ Skilled Communicator – You should be able to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
✅ Full UK Driving Licence – A valid driving licence is essential.What’s on Offer?Competitive Salary + Bonuses – Basic Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 OTE £40,000 – £50,000
Work-Life Balance – Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, plus a 1 in 4 Saturday rota (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM)
