- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (classroom or support role)
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for supporting young people
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments
- Must be willing to travel up to 1 hour via public transport
- Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred)
- Experience working with children with SEN/SEND
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- First Aid certification (desirable)
