We have a host of different rotations for you to learn from including Older peoples Care, Respiratory and CF, General medicine, Acute medicine, ED, SDEC.If you want to work in a dynamic, forward-thinking team to make a difference to patient care, we would love to hear from you!Main duties of the jobTo provide pharmaceutical care to a group of patients within a clinical area. To provide cover for other pharmacists within the relevant Clinical Pharmacy Team as appropriate.
