*Support retention strategies using value mapping and account planning

*Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
*Confident negotiator with a strategic mindset
*Skilled in handling multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
*Analytical mindset for interpreting customer data and market trends
*Comfortable navigating complex client requirements and driving business outcomes
*Familiarity with CRM systems and sales frameworks (Sandler Sales methodology a plus)
*Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
