We have partnered with a highly regarded global treasury advisory firm in the search for a Treasury Consultant to join their growing London team.Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll support the delivery of treasury advisory projects from day one. Engagements are broad and varied-from FX risk reviews and banking strategy, to TMS implementations and cash management optimisation.Client Delivery
  • Assist in delivering treasury transformation and financial risk projects
  • Prepare analysis, models, reports, and client-ready presentations
  • Support peer benchmarking, industry research, and market insights
  • Collaborate with global colleagues on cross-border project delivery
  • Support implementation of treasury policies, bank structures, and cash flow processes
Advisory Tools & Internal Projects
  • Contribute to the development of in-house models, templates, and playbooks
  • Participate in treasury system selection and vendor assessments
  • Capture lessons learned and support knowledge-sharing initiatives
Business Development
  • Help prepare proposal documents and new business materials
  • Support the wider team in growing client relationships and networks
Hands-on treasury, risk, and working capital experience with global clientsFast learning curve with early ownership and strong team supportA successful Senior Treasury Consultant should have:
  • 5+ years in corporate treasury, consulting, or financial operations
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills, with an eye for detail
  • Clear understanding of core treasury topics: liquidity, FX, banking, debt, etc.
  • Confident communicator-able to engage stakeholders and present insights
  • Proactive, curious, and motivated to build a career in treasury advisory
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field
  • Bonus points for experience with treasury systems (e.g., Kyriba, SAP, Reval)
