Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience developing growth strategies for a portfolio of media companies, creator service providers or YouTube creators.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Experience managing agreements or partnerships.Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in partner-facing roles, successfully managing relationships with digital personalities and influencers.
  • Ability to achieve stretch goals through strategic planning and execution.
  • Ability to communicate in Romanian, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian or Russian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for the creator economy and helping partners succeed.
About the jobIn this external partner-facing role, you will successfully manage relationships with media companies, digital personalities and influencers across Central and Eastern Europe, from our hub in London.   • Develop individualized growth strategies for a portfolio of Media Companies, Creator Service Providers and YouTube creators across the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region, focusing on audience development, content optimization, and maximizing business generation opportunities.
  • Analyze channel performance data to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations, leveraging YouTube Analytics effectively.
  • Foster excellent relationships with partners, maintaining open communication to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Guide partners on best practices for YouTube business generation, including ad business and alternative products (e.g., channel memberships, chat/stickers, shopping, etc).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver workshops, webinars, and resources that address partner needs.
