- Take ownership of a customer portfolio, predominantly formed of key account renewals or lower complexity schemes.
- Gather and document customer requirements, producing detailed designs that address specific customer needs while adhering to best practices.
- Design technical solutions that help customers to achieve their overall project goals, ensuring feasibility of requirements can be delivered within our technology.
- Configure OneHub to meet customer requirements.
- Guide Customers through Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) phase, ensuring seamless communication, addressing feedback, and facilitating a successful and satisfactory testing process.
- Self-organise and manage your work schedule throughout the year, ensuring effective future utilisation planning.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, spanning internal teams and external parties, to ensure streamlined communications and successful outcomes.
- Proactively mitigate risks within the project portfolio, working closely with the Manager to solve issues.
- Ensures project collateral and tracking measures are accurate at all times.
- Achieve high quality outcomes for your customers, measured against defects raised, timeliness and NPS.
- Technical proficiency. An interest in technology (current role, self-study, education) with ideally the ability to programme in one language (C# / SQL knowledge would be preferred)
- Some exposure or knowledge of Project Management. Managing multiple tasks across multiple stakeholders, managing risks and issues, prioritising workload.
- A logical & critical thinker, the ability to systematically work through problems.
- Detail orientated, quality driven and a meticulous planner.
- Effective communicator. Comfortable communicating complex, often technical, points in ways appropriate to audiences that may vary from non-technical to highly technical, and through various verbal and written methods.
