🚗 Vehicle Provided for Work UseWe're looking for Gardeners / Estate Operatives to join our busy Grounds Maintenance Team, helping us maintain and enhance the green spaces across our estates. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in delivering high standards, and have experience with grounds maintenance equipment-this could be the perfect role for you!🌱 What You'll Be DoingAs part of a dedicated team, you'll follow estate-specific plans to ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard. Tasks include:
- ✅ Grass cutting and collection
- ✅ Hedge and bush reduction/shaping
- ✅ Strimming and weed control
- ✅ Shrub maintenance, pruning, and planting
- ✅ Litter picking and green waste disposal
- ✅ Maintenance of hard standing areas
- Experience in grounds maintenance and use of petrol machinery
- Skilled in operating ride-on mowers, hedge cutters, strimmers, blowers, etc.
- Team player with good communication skills
- Able to maintain work records and report issues
- Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence
- Basic Health & Safety knowledge (including chemical/equipment use)
- Full UK driving licence
- PA1 & PA6 spraying licence
- Banksman training
- Licence to tow a trailer
- Vehicle provided for work use
