
Senior Finance Manager

- Oversee the budgeting and quarterly forecasting process within the market. Work closely with the Demand and Sales planning team as well as the GB&I Leadership Team to agree on timelines and deliverables for each part of the P&L
- Work with other members of the market finance team to establish a total market view of volume and profit for the current month. Ensure that Regional leadership are kept informed on current performance.
- Act as the main finance contact for the GB and Ireland audits: collating and supplying evidence to auditors, liaising with internal teams, and responding to operational and process-related queries.
- Business partner Head of marketing with forecasting and spend control
- Business partner with commercial director to drive strategy and delivery of financial results across all direct channels and B2B, including webshop, marketplaces and stores
- Support FD with specific/ ad hoc requests from Global and Regional leadership
- A bias for action, with high levels of resilience and drive, able to see the strategic big picture but also to roll sleeves up and get into the detail and delivery of financial projects.
- Energetic, engaging and pacey, with high EQ and the ability to motivate and inspire in a matrixed environment.

- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5+ years experience in Commercial/FP&A roles
