- Supplier Management: Proactively oversee supplier performance, ensuring service quality and compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
- Performance Tracking: Gather and analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure operational excellence.
- Incident Resolution: Serve as the primary contact for resolving business incidents, liaising between clients and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Host meetings with suppliers and clients to discuss performance, operational risks, and service enhancements.
- Operational Assurance: Develop and report on an annual operational assurance plan, providing insights and recommendations to enhance service delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Finance, Risk, and Compliance to monitor supplier performance and address any issues.
- Experience: Significant experience in a high-volume operational environment, particularly with outsourced suppliers.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and escalation management skills, with a proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Analytical Acumen: Proficiency in analysing management information and data to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Technical Proficiency: A good command of Microsoft Office, with the ability to create insightful reports.
- A graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
