- Coordinating fire risk assessment appointments between subcontractors and colleagues in housing management, Assist managing the diary for FRA sub-contractors and programme
- General admin duties
- Assist managing the diary for FRA sub-contractors and programme
- Managing the enquire email mailbox from subcontractors and landlords
- Pacing orders for FRA surveys
- Point of contact for any access issues that subcontracts have
- Collating and updating data on excel spreadsheets
- Expected to update MCM after training is provided
- Previous office administration or business support experience
- Familiar with Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication
- Team player and ability to work alone
- Social housing experience would be preferable
