The RoleAs a Project Manager, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of electricity connections up to 33kV and EV charging infrastructure projects. From initial design to final installation, you'll ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.You'll work closely with our Design, Tendering, and Business Development teams-turning client requirements into real-world, high-performing energy solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of ICP works and EV infrastructure projectsEngage with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring expectations are metPlan, schedule, and coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractorsMaintain control over project finances, procurement, and delivery timelinesEnsure full compliance with DNO/IDNO standards, NRSWA, and HAUC regulationsCarry out site audits, resolve non-conformances, and uphold quality assuranceDocument site progress through photos and reports for internal use and marketingChampion a strong culture of health & safety across all project activityContinuously improve processes and promote operational efficiency What We're Looking ForProven experience in a Project Manager role within a DNO or ICP environmentHands-on understanding of HV/LV electricity connections (up to 33kV)Certificate of Competency as an Electrician or Electrical FitterExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectivelyFull UK Driving Licence - site travel is essentialHighly organised, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure Desirable Qualifications (Training Provided Where Needed)SSSTS or SMSTS certificationCSCS cardProject Management Certification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM)Emergency First Aid at Work What We OfferCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefitsCompany vehicle and fuel cardCareer development and ongoing professional trainingOpportunities to work on cutting-edge infrastructure projectsSupportive and collaborative team cultureReady to lead projects that shape the future of UK energy infrastructure?
