- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase readership
- To drive subscriptions volume, renewals and acquisition
- To plan, execute and monitor all other company marketing campaigns
- Manage social media platforms to engage with the audience
- Prepare detailed reports on the outcomes of marketing campaigns
- Build partnerships with external agencies for collaborative projects
- Oversee the marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Experience in subscription and/or direct marketing role, ideally within the academic publishing space
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and trends
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Adept at using social media platforms for business purposes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience
- 12 month FTC
