What you will do:
  • Conduct and oversee complex Section 9 and Section 11 care act assessments, ensuring high standards and thoroughness in execution.
  • Manage a diverse caseload efficiently, balancing competing operational demands.
  • Undertake and lead on complex Section 42 inquiries, developing risk management plans, and preparing for court work when necessary.
  • Utilise your strong risk management skills to evaluate and minimise potential risks in safeguarding contexts.
  • Quickly adapt to using Mosaic or another similar system, if required, and contribute dynamically to the team’s efforts.
