Do you have a track record of delivering high-quality, technically demanding projects?We are working with a Tier 1 contractor who is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a complex laboratory and teaching facility project in Norwich. This role offers the chance to take ownership of a challenging build from an early stage, with a strong emphasis on mechanical systems and building services integration.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate mechanical packages on-site, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and programme requirementsManage subcontractors and ensure timely execution of works according to specificationsCollaborate closely with M&E consultants, design teams, and site staffConduct site inspections, progress meetings, and report on project milestonesMaintain a sharp focus on mechanical systems integration within a high-performance buildingKey Requirements:Demonstrable experience as a Construction Manager delivering mechanical packages on complex projectsExperience working with Tier 1 or main contractors preferredBackground in laboratory, healthcare, or educational environments advantageousSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifiedConfident communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving skillsWhat’s on Offer:Salary up to £70,000 for permanent rolesCompetitive day rates available for freelance/subcontractor options
