- Carry out inspections, servicing, and repairs on trailers to high safety and quality standards
- Diagnose and resolve faults using systems such as HALDEX, WABCO, and KNORR BREMSE
- Complete compliance documentation accurately and efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service and meet deadlines in a busy workshop environment
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workspace
- Attend ongoing product and technical training including IRTEC, tail lift, axle, and brake courses
- Support and uphold company values in all aspects of your work
- Previous experience working on semi-trailers or HGVs
- Relevant industry qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ
