- Installation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of fire alarms, intruder alarms, access control and CCTV systems.
- Deliver high standards of customer service and workmanship across all tasks.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety legislation, health & safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Complete all job-related paperwork accurately and on time.
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow all site-specific safety procedures.
- Take part in the on-call rota as required.
- Proven experience working with fire and security systems in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge across Intruder, Fire, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
- Knowledge of networks and I.P systems would be a big plus.
- Sound understanding of fire safety legislation and industry best practices.
- Well-organised with good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to customer service.
- Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
