- Raise all material and service requisitions
- Manage on–hire and off–hire processes for scaffolding materials
- Maintain accurate monthly transport logs
- Assist with the preparation and processing of staff wages
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes and manage communications
- Coordinate with site personnel regarding scaffolding requirements
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff as needed
- Ensure all personnel training files are current and up to date
- Perform general administrative duties as required on an ongoing basis
- Proven experience in administrative roles within fast-paced or high-demand environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and general computer literacy
- Strong communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, and efficient in task execution
