Work Flexibility: Remote or Hybrid or OnsiteExecutive Assistant, Joint Replacement, T&E & SpineThe role will assist the Snr BUD for Joint Replacement, T&E and Spine in the day to day running of their office and business focused projects. Provision of executive administrative duties include diary, travel and expense management, business support and events organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDiary, Travel & Expense Management:Proactively manage the diary and act as the main point of contact for the Snr BUD for JR, T&E and Spine, UK for all meeting requestsCoordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for meetingsPrepare and submit expense reportsComplete relevant admin as necessaryBusiness support:Provide daily confidential support to the Snr BUD'sProcess incoming and outgoing communications as requestedMaintain and update correspondence, reports and sharepoint information including organizational structure, presentations databases, training records and audits ensuring all confidential information is appropriately storedPrepare high level reports and power point presentationsPromote best practice which positively impacts the businessSummarise meeting content and related actions as necessaryAll other duties as assignedEvents organization:Support the organization and delivery of the annual European Sales Meeting, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders as necessarySchedule and organize logistics for management team meetings and business reviewsAssist in scheduling UK internal meetings and events as necessaryProvide thoughtful and creative ideas to enhance the experience of the team in attendanceEducation & ExperienceAt least 3 years experience in an Executive Administrative roleDegree level qualification preferredAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office and all necessary internal systemsComfortable with the use of technology needed to support business (eg zoom, teams, co-pilot)CompetenciesStrengths in accordance with Gallup profileExcellent oral and written communicationStrong interpersonal skills with an ability to form relationships with key stakeholdersSense of responsibility, must be able to work on own initiativeAbility to work under pressure at a fast paceIntegrity and strong ethicsProfessionalStrong attention to detailAbility to solve problemsAdditional InformationThe best location for the successful candidate to live would be central to the defined regionThis role will require 30% travel, staying away from home to support eventsThis person will be based from home, however, visits to the UK Head Office in Newbury will be requiredTravel Percentage: 30%
