Acting on routine residential property transactions
You will work independently to a reasonably high level and alongside more experienced colleagues on the more complex and specialised matters as required
Acting for a range of clients including HNW individuals and limited companies on the purchase/financing of freehold/leasehold properties of varying complexity and value
Playing an active role in business developmentYou
Qualified solicitor / CILEX
Ideally 2+ years PQE dealing with a range of property transactions. However, it is more important that you will be committed to building up a full and varied caseload
Highly organised with excellent IT, case management and communication skills
