Multipoint Gluer Operator

- Set up and operate a multipoint straight-line gluer, consistently achieving quality standards and performance targets

- Accurately follow work instructions, plans, job orders, and packing specifications
- Proven experience in operating and setting up multipoint straight-line gluers (e.g., Bobst, Jagenberg, Vega, or similar)
- Solid technical understanding of folding, gluing, and packaging production processes
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to identify and resolve machine issues
- Good knowledge of quality control standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency in output
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles such as Six Sigma, 5S, or continuous improvement
- High attention to detail with the ability to follow job orders, work plans, and specifications accurately
- Collaborative team player with effective communication skills across all levels
- Ability to lead by example, with experience guiding or supporting colleagues
- Committed to maintaining Health & Safety and Hygiene standards in the workplace
