
ICP Project Manager

- Manage end-to-end delivery of ICP and EV infrastructure projects, up to 33kV.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan and coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors, and delivery timelines.
- Oversee project finances, procurement, and ensure delivery within budget.
- Ensure full compliance with DNO/IDNO standards, NRSWA, and HAUC regulations.
- Conduct regular site audits, resolve non-conformances, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports (including photos) for both internal and marketing use.
- Drive a culture of health & safety excellence across all operational activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a DNO or ICP setting.
- Strong understanding of HV/LV electricity connections, at 11kV (33kV desirable)
- Certificate of Competency as an Electrician or Electrical Fitter.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management capabilities.
- Full UK Driving Licence – regular site travel is essential.
- Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage competing priorities.
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- CSCS card
- Project Management Certification (PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent)
