  • A background in engineering/manufacturing
  • A positive, driven attitude with strong communication skills
  • Full computer literacy
  • A goal-oriented mindset
  • Full Driving Licence
We provide full, hands-on training for the right candidate– no recruitment experience is required!As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to:
  • Build relationships with clients and implement technical insight into hiring needs
  • Source and speak to likeminded candidates looking for new temporary and permanent opportunities i.e CNC setters, engineers, manufacturing roles etc
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Ensure recruitment specific compliance within your role
  • Work towards targets, both individually and within a team
