Whether working 1:1 or in small groups, your support helps students stay engaged and succeed in the classroom.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support classroom learning and behaviour management
  • Deliver targeted interventions and one-to-one support
  • Prepare classroom resources and assist with daily activities
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
  • Adapt support strategies based on individual learning needs
  • Collaborate with teaching and support staff to enhance student outcomes
  • Participate in free CPD and training opportunities with Teaching Personnel

  • Experience working with children (formal or informal – desirable but not essential)

  • Availability for full or part-time work during school hours
Essential Requirements:
  • Enhanced Child DBS (on the Update Service or willing to apply)
  • Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or willingness to register
  • Two most recent professional references
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Completion of Level 2 Safeguarding training (provided free by Teaching Personnel)
