
Senior Recruitment Consultant - Go to Market SaaS

- Partner with high-growth PE-backed SaaS companies targeting financial services markets
- Build and manage relationships with C-level executives, VPs of Sales, Marketing Directors, and Chief Revenue Officers
- Source and place specialist Go to Market talent including Sales Directors, Account Executives, Marketing Managers, Business Development Representatives, Customer Success Managers, and Revenue Operations professionals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles ranging from £60k to £200k+ with significant equity packages
- Develop deep market intelligence on compensation trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities
- Work collaboratively with our established team while building your own specialist desk
- 3+ years in recruitment consultancy with a proven track record of success
- Technology recruitment experience, ideally with SaaS or software companies
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of Go to Market functions
- Demonstrable ability to manage complex, senior-level searches
- Excellent relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates
- Experience recruiting for financial services technology companies
- Understanding of Private Equity investment landscape
- Knowledge of SaaS business models and Go to Market strategies
- Existing network within London's FinTech ecosystem
- Highly competitive base salary commensurate with experience
- Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £80k-£120k+ in year one
- Hybrid working - 3 days in our central London office, 2 days flexible
