Are you an experienced Business Development Consultant who thrives in New Business? Perhaps you are a Recruiter with experience within Recruitment and Sales who is looking for a new challenge?We are looking for a money motivated and driven candidate to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales or New Business who has got experience in B2B and B2C sales. Full training will be provided and we are open to discuss hours. Your goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates, and work as part of a passionate team to maximise our commercial performance.DutiesTargeting new client prospectsSelling the benefits and services of RecruitmentDeveloping, maintaining, and growing an existing client baseDevising sales strategies and implementing themMeeting face to face/Teams with existing customers regularly.Making sure targets are met periodicallySourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the clientManaging the process through the interview to offer stage and beyondNegotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidateSkillsetA strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development abilities
