- End-to-End Production Management: Lead the development and maintenance of a master production schedule covering the full DCO lifecycle, and coordinate the production of all DCO documentation with timely sign-off
- Cross-Team Coordination: Act as the central link between technical specialists, and oversee the collation and integration of inputs from multiple disciplines into coherent compliant documents
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all materials meet legislative and guidance requirements under the Planning Act 2008, EIA Regulations, any relevant PINS advice notes, and implement quality control processes
- Supplier and Resource Management: Manage relationships with external production suppliers (graphic designers, printers, translators, digital platform providers) and manage budgets
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks to production schedules and develop contingency plans, and monitor progress against the critical path and escalate issues as necessary
- Examination and Post-Submission Support: Manage the timely preparation and submission of Examination documents, including responses to written questions and deadlines during the Examination timetable
- Proven track record managing complex document production for major infrastructure or regulatory processes
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple parallel workflows
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing version control, document formatting, and quality assurance
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams
- Direct experience with the DCO process or other large-scale consenting regimes
- Familiarity with the Planning Act 2008, Infrastructure Planning Regulations, and
- Proficiency in project management and document control systems
- Project management certification (e.g., APM, PRINCE2) desirable
- Experience with environmental impact assessment (EIA) documentation
