We pride ourselves on our local market knowledge, integrity, and customer-first approach.Role OverviewAs an Estate Agency Valuer, you'll be responsible for conducting property valuations, winning new instructions, and helping homeowners make informed decisions. You'll be a key player in helping us grow our property portfolio while maintaining our excellent customer service standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out accurate, professional property valuations
  • Convert valuations into instructions and develop new business opportunities
  • Provide expert advice on pricing and market conditions
  • Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and vendors
  • Keep up to date with local and national property market trends
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a valuer or senior negotiator in residential estate agency
  • A strong track record of winning instructions and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and well-organised
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
