Warehouse Manager – Cabinet & Furniture Manufacturing

• • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching of cabinet and furniture components.
• • Implement and maintain inventory control systems specific to wood, hardware, and finished furniture products.
• • Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
• • Ensure compliance with safety standards and optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
• • Lead and train warehouse staff, monitor performance, and enforce standard operating procedures.
• • Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse KPIs.
• • Manage stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

• • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
• • Strong knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse management software (e.g., WMS, ERP).
• • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

• • Previous experience in a cabinet, furniture, or wood manufacturing environment.
• • Familiarity with handling MDF, plywood, hardware fittings, and finished furniture products.
• • Experience in lean warehousing and space optimization techniques.
