- Maintaining a positive relationship between Radius and our customers
- No cold calling, managing a base of live customer accounts, driving sales and upsell on Radius products and services.
- Hold strong conversations to understand customer requirements, potential issues, wants and needs.
- Offering services based on customer requirements.
- Keep internal communications up to date and well informed.
- Use your initiative to maintain your relationships and put feedback into practice.
- Account management or sales professional experience.
- Telecoms knowledge/experience in the industry is preferred but not a necessity.
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Driven approach to meet and exceed expectations of customers.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft office programmes e.g. Excel
