3BM Fusion (part of RSK Group) are looking for a Project Manager. This is a full time/permanent position in Essex and operates a Hybrid working model. For the right person, we can also consider applications from places outside of Essex.3BM Fusion Project Management operate predominantly in the public sector, with a strong focus on the Education Sector, however also cover Commercial, Residential, Science and Health Sectors. Fusion provides property consultancy services to a wide range of clients and wish to recruit a strong and driven candidate into their expanding Project Management Team.Responsibilities:
  • Prepare client briefs and help define these to other members of the team members.
  • Work with the design team members throughout RIBA Stages 0-7
  • Procure and manage project surveys, design consultants and project teams
  • Oversee planning applications and assist with the planning process
  • Work closely with project cost managers to ensure projects remain within client budget limits
  • Preparation of contract documents for issue to contractor
  • Stakeholder management with directors, clients, legal representatives etc.
  • Establish site setup plans with contractors
  • Manage contractor works on site
  • Approving payments and administering contracts
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experienced in construction project management.
  • MS Office, MS Project experience preferred
  • Construction or property related degree preferred
  • Full UK Driving licence required
