📅 Employment Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the Role:We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join a thriving food production team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a modern, fast-paced facility that supplies pre-prepared meat products to some of the UK’s best-known supermarket and meal kit brands.You’ll play a key part in upholding quality and safety standards, ensuring every product meets precise customer and regulatory expectations.Key Responsibilities:Perform regular quality checks on raw materials, intermediate, and finished productsConduct label verification and air temperature monitoringCalibrate equipment, including scales and temperature probesCollect and prepare samples for lab analysis, including equine testingCarry out internal audits (e.g., black bag audits)Report and resolve quality concerns in line with company proceduresSupport the Quality Assurance team as business needs evolveWhat We’re Looking For:Experience in a quality or food safety role (food industry preferred but not essential)
