Secondary Teacher - Specialist Provision (Wirral)Are you a fully qualified secondary teacher seeking a new and rewarding opportunity?
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated teacher to work within a specialist provision, supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.This role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning, build resilience, and achieve their full potential. You will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment where pupils feel valued and motivated.What the role involves:Teaching and inspiring secondary-aged students with SEMH needs.Building strong, positive relationships to support pupils' wellbeing and progress.Working collaboratively with colleagues to prioritise the best interests of the children.Demonstrating resilience, patience, and a nurturing approach in the classroom.Details:Location: Specialist provision, WirralDays/Hours: Term-time only, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pmPay: Competitive - paid to scaleStart date: As soon as possibleThe ideal candidate will be:A qualified secondary teacher with classroom experience.Compassionate, resilient, and committed to supporting young people.Skilled at breaking down barriers to learning and inspiring students.Able to act as a positive role model, guiding pupils with empathy and care.This is a highly rewarding opportunity for the right teacher to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
