- Thorough surface preparation, which involves using grinding and shot blasting equipment to remove existing coatings and ensure a clean, level substrate.
- Cleaning and preparing the area by sweeping, vacuuming, and removing any dust or debris.
- Mixing and applying a variety of resin primers and screeds, following manufacturer's specifications precisely.
- Installing durable anti-slip coatings, sealers, and topcoats.
- Carrying out detailed line marking and signage application as required.
- Working to project deadlines and coordinating with the wider team to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintaining all equipment and ensuring materials are stored and managed correctly on site.
- Strictly adhering to all health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- A proven and experienced Resin Floor Layer, with a particular background in commercial or industrial projects like car parks.
- Able to demonstrate a high degree of skill and attention to detail in their work.
- In possession of a valid CSCS card, which is an essential requirement.
- Physically fit and able to perform the demanding tasks associated with the role.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel and work away from home to various sites across the UK.
- A strong communicator who can liaise with colleagues and site management.
