Join our Hazardous Materials team at Lucion, where your work will protect people from hazardous environments and the environment from the impacts of people.We're looking for skilled Asbestos Surveyors to carry out a range of asbestos surveying, inspection, and air monitoring activities, working on varied projects across the UKWhat You'll DoCarry out all types of asbestos surveys - management, refurbishment, demolition, and asbestos in the ground.Conduct air monitoring and airborne fibre counting.Inspect contractors' remediation work and sign off (or reject) removal works in line with the 4SC process.Accurately collect site data using our award-winning NexGen software, automatically producing high-quality reports.Ensure compliance with HSE guidance and asbestos legislation (HSG:248, HSG:264).Maintain personal QHSE documentation and follow internal assurance processes.Provide professional, courteous service and clear advice to clients.What You'll BringBOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or equivalent RSPH qualifications / Certificate of Competence).Sound knowledge of HSG:248 and HSG:264.Full UK manual driving licence.Flexibility for travel and occasional out-of-hours work.Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.What's in it for YouPaid travel time and paid overtime25 days' holiday (plus 3-day Christmas shutdown) + bank holidays.Company van, equipment, PPE, and uniform provided.Working away allowances (short and long term).Life assurance.'Being Lucion' reward platform - wellbeing hub, cycle-to-work scheme, and retail discounts.Healthcare cashback scheme.Employee Assistance Programme.£1,000 employee referral bonus.Enhanced parental leave and supportive family policies.About UsLucion is a purpose-driven, beyond net-zero company, operating across six business units.
