Job Category: Human ResourcesJob Description:Contracts Officer | 8858 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £37,280 to £39,152 per annum (Scale I) | County HallWe are looking for an experienced and suitably qualified Contracts Officer to join our successful and enthusiastic Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) team who provide professional in-house leadership, advice and support to its in-house services and employees as well as having a strong traded brand that complements and supports the delivery of services to Norfolk County Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for the proactive manage and ongoing development of our core support services which includes the Occupational Health and Well-being contracts, to ensure contractual compliance, deliver value for money, and maximise impact.You will be a key member of the Health, Safety and Well-being Team, responsible for understanding and managing these contracts and related services, and be involved in areas of work such as improving our delivery of services, updating related guidance and communications with regards to these services, which are core to our policies and HSW strategy. You will act as a focal point, supporting HSW and the wider organisation. You will provide proactive assessment, monitoring and performance reporting against the requirements of the contracts and ensure that HSW is provided with consistent data regarding these services, further supporting the ongoing development of Norfolk County Councils Health, Safety and Well-being compliance framework.
