Start Date: ImmediateAre you a patient and dedicated individual looking to support children on a one-to-one basis? Protocol Education is seeking 1:1 Support Assistants to work with pupils in Oxted schools who need that extra bit of guidance to thrive.What you’ll be doing:
  • Providing tailored 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
  • Assisting with classroom activities and ensuring pupils can access the curriculum
  • Supporting emotional regulation, social development, and confidence building
  • Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and parents to create a supportive learning plan
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEND or SEMH needs (school or community settings)
  • A caring, adaptable, and resilient approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commitment to helping children achieve their full potential
