Salary: £35,000 + bonuses

What you’ll be doing:
  • Driving sales and revenue growth while keeping members at the heart of everything
  • Leading and inspiring your FOH and PT teams with a hands-on approach
  • Managing club operations to a high standard — from facilities and safety to member experience
  • Building relationships with local businesses and the wider Streatham community to grow our reach
  • Creating a culture where staff and members love being part of the club
Who we’re looking for:
  • Someone able to fully take the initiative in driving sales through innovative campaigns, competitions, and membership activities — we want someone bursting with their own ideas to make things happen
  • A natural leader with experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail management
  • Someone target-driven but with a genuine passion for people and community
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to inspire others
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage both strategy and day-to-day operations
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
